Sales Associate/Admin Lead

Job Responsibilities:

Serves as the first point of contact by answering the phone and greeting visitors.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Has exceptional networking skills and the ability to acquire new customers.
Be able to maintain the company’s policies and standards.
Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
Maintain the display and presentation of showroom and inventory.
Work closely with sales representatives to maintain customer satisfaction.
Calculate measurements and estimate jobs.
Create estimates using QuickBooks.
Follow up with customers and follow through with estimates.
Price out, Order, and Monitor materials.
Follow up on the delivery of materials for orders and installation jobs.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding any issues and/or changes with orders
Work with Office Manager in additional projects assigned.
Communicates effectively, verbal and written, during every encounter, shares information in a timely and respectful manner facilitates successful handoffs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience working face to face with customers as well. Interact with customers over the phone and via email. Computer proficiency – able to correspond effectively via email, perform data input, etc.
Proactive problem solver – takes the initiative to identify, research and resolve problems as they arise
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven independent contributor, as well as a strong team player
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
Prior flooring experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required
Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets is a plus, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency is a plus, but not required
have experience and knowledge of human relations, communication, and closing
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role

Language:

Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)

Experienced:

Relevant: 2 years (Preferred) | Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

Associate (Preferred) | High School Diploma or GED Required

Shifts/Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Every other Saturday

8 hour shift Monday to Friday | Weekends
